My best guy friend is madly in love with my best friends, and he plans on asking her to homecoming and everything. But yesterday, he started acting weird. He randomly wrote "April <3's [his name]" on my notes. When we came out of math cl, we were sarcastically bickering as we typically do. He always jokes about how "fat" I am because I'm really thin. He suddenly goes "well maybe you lost five pounds and I've started to like you." But I didn't really take it seriously. Then later on in the day I needed to borrow his phone, and when I took it he said, as if to make sure I knew before I saw it and made my own umptions, "There's a heart by your name." I was like "huh?" And then he randomly just grabbed me in this really tight hug. We have a history of people thinking we're dating, then when we say we're not and never will, they always say, "You will." A while ago he told me that he has deep feelings of love and affection for me but they "aren't ual or romantic," just in a friends way. I have deep feelings of affection for him but I don't know if they translate romantically. Anyway. People always think he likes me by the way he acts around me, like he always grabs my and punches me when he walks by, and just goes out of his way to be obnoxious to me. And in cl, he seems to use every excuse to put his hand in contact with mine. And when I look cute, he always tells me how cute I am. But all this time he's been claiming to be in love with my best friend (who doesn't like him back anyway). What should I think?

i like to collect books i enjoyed when i was young. on the website abebooks.com, there is a forum called booksleuth where people post questions about books they're trying to find but have forgotten the title, author, etc. sometimes, these posts help me remember books that i once read & loved but have forgotten about so it's a good memory-stimulator. then i buy copies of the books from used book sites. you can compare the condition of the book & prices on several sites at once to get the best buy. these volumes aren't worth anything but i love rereading these stories that once meant so much to me!

Ok on June 20th I had I was on Depo Provera and my partner has had a vasectomy for 4 years he also put on a condom midway through before he d. Ive always had "mental" issues when it comes to pregnancy that why I try and take every precaution. Ive been to therapy for it. My Doctor diagnosed me with General Anxiety Disorder almost a year ago and he has me taking Xanax once a day. Im not sure when to test because Depo has my periods all messed up Ive been bleeding for weeks and was bleeding during and now Ive stopped since switching to the "mini pill" last Tuesday except for some spotting. I took a pregnancy test on July 6th (16 days after ) and it was Negative. I took another test 20 days after and it too was Negative. I feel sick to my stomach and Im so worried :( What do you think?

i dont think you look that big! its probably more to do with the fact that your stomach muscles are'nt working properly anymore (as they are being stretched!). Actually, I have astigmatism and have worn gles or contacts since I was about 12. I have had some of these symptoms so far as the dots and shooting stars. From what I understand these are called floaters and there really isn't anything that can be done about them. The muscle twitches and jerks are most likely due to eye strain. Do you work on a computer much? Even the headaches could be caused by eye strain. I have also heard that dry eyes can cause some of these problems. I would find a really good opthamologist and have a complete work-up. I hope I have helped! Good Luck!

Has anybody gotten a job, regardless of failing only the THC portion of a hair follicle exam?

I am a college student, and I have to take a hair follicle exam for a 3 month summer internship. What does being stung by a wasp feel like?

I am 41 and have never once been stung by a wasp. I have a morbid fear of the damn things and flap around like hell when one is around me. I know others like me who hate the things and start freaking out when they are near, and funnily enough none of them have been stung before either. All the people who tell me to just stay calm and not freak seem to have all been stung before, so I don't really think their advice works. What I want to know is just how much does it hurt? I had a miscarriage in March my last two cycles were 29days then back to 27 days which is my normal cycle, my question is if I have a regular 27 day cycle like clockwork, does that mean I will always ovulate at the same time? This cycle I have ewcm on cd 6-9 (currently cd 9 right now) and last cycle I had ewcm cd8-10. Before the miscarriage it seemed I ovulated anywhere from cd14-18. With Shockey being hurt and questionable the past several weeks I wouldn't trade for him and plus he hasn't been a great point provider so far this season. Jones-Drew, although a great back, has only had 1 great game this season with 100 yards and 2 TD's and very inconsistent other than that. Yesterday I when I was downloading music I downloaded a WMA file, when I tried to play this I was asked to agree to terms and conditions in order to install a programme. I decided to cancel the operation and delete the file. Looking for Meal Ideas for 9 mth Old ?

I need some help for meal ideas & suggestions for a 9 month old. Since she was able to eat foods I made her baby food from scratch. Now shes eatting about 2-3 meals a day but I was preparing foods for 1 week, I think Id like to mix it up a bit. She is starting to eat the foods we eat, Does anyone have any suggestions on what to feed her for meals ? I dont always like giving her the same dinner for 5 days, I know I would get sick of it & Im sure she does too !

Is there some mental illness hidden here that I should be worried about?

I have an 11 year old little brother that has some problems. When he was in third grade he would cry every day at school if my mom wasn't there with him. He saw a CBT therapist and got over that. Since then whenever my parents try to talk to him about something he did wrong he can't hold back tears. Every time he misbehaves and they try to talk to him about it you can see him fighting back tears. We've asked him if he wants to go back to the therapist but he breaks down in tears and says it makes him uncomfortable talking about his feelings because it reminds him that he has a "problem". The problem being him crying all the time. He's a pretty normal kid and we just don't understand what the problem is. He's a star on the wrestling team, a member of student council, is popular among his little friends, and is always happy and cheerful when at home with the family. What really scares me is that he's recently been hearing voices and when i tried to talk to him about it he broke down in tears begging me not to tell my mom and dad so he wouldn't have to see a therapist. My mom and I were watching TV in the living room and he came running down the stairs and asked, "Mom were you calling me?" and no one had said anything. That could be ordinary since we usually have 3+ tvs on in our house at a time. But what scares me is that he told me that he woke up in the middle of the night once and heard a voice that said, "Don't get out of bed or they'll kill us". When he woke up in the middle of the night and heard that voice it was the first night he had the H1N1 virus but I'm pretty sure it doesn't cause you to hear voices. When he ran downstairs when he thought my mom called him was at the end of his recovery. I should also add that he frequently has night terrors where he'll wake up in the middle of the night and start talking to nothing asking it to leave him alone. We can usually talk to him when he's in that state and we just tell him everything's fine and he just goes back to bed. He doesn't usually remember his terrors in the morning thats why when he heard the voice it scares me because he claims he was fully conscious when it happened. So should I be worried about this? You're bored and eating fills the boredom. Be careful so you don't gain weight. When you're busy doing things the last thing on your mind is eating, but when you're sitting at home with nothing to do you try and find things to do, so you eat. Bathroom problems after surgery?

My dog just had surgery on his leg, and I just finally got him to urinate after 14 hours. His urine smelled really bad. He is now drinking, licking ice, and he ate lunch. He still hasn't pooped. He didn't eat anything yesterday. He's on three medications: an NSAID (metacam), pain reliever (tramadol) and an antibiotic (antirobe). He's really sleepy and out of it. Should I be worried that he hasn't pooped yet?

It is really hard to tell without seeing your mouth but if you only need one veneer I dont see why the dentist is recommending 6 ,I am uming from canine to canine unless ther are some spaces or a severe shade difference in all of your teeth. If you are happy with your smile and just want the one veneer done and the dentist is just concerned about it matching properly the dentist can have you visit his/her dental lab that would be doing the veneer so that they can see your mouth and match a perfect shade. Well first of all, seeings that this is a big purchase i would get as much advice as possible. Ask both teachers..im sure the violist would have some suggestions esp the cellist would have some advice to give..im sure he/she would be happy to answer any questions you bring to them even if you dont know them well. If youre spending your own money on this make sure your not just going to stop playing after your senior year in highschool...if your planning on playing in college and after good for you..you must be pretty jammin at it. If so i would say go ahead and buy a nice one. before my sophmore year my dad bought me a cello..$2000..a bow-$150 (its graphite which i wish i didnt get..not as nice of a sound as wood--i could have gotten a wood one for about the same..but i didnt) a nice bow could be $300..then the case which i think was $900..this was a generic hard case that i know a couple people have..its a good one. a soft one mgiht be $200? not too sure about that one. But look around and see the prices of some people near by. I bought mine about an hour away where my friend had gotten hers. He worked from home but it was a nice place. When i was there i tried the full sizes he had and picked out the one i liked..then tried a few bows. If youre plannig out on getting the whole deal and thinking of getting some nice stuff..i would suggest to save a little more then $1000 or maybe get your parents to chip in...or you might just find some good deals...i wouldnt suggest going online though..you cant feel how the cello plays..i know youre still probably unsure about what to do but i hope this helps!

Landlords have the right to restrict pets even if he treats tenants differently. That is not discrimination under the federal law. Most Section 8 buildings dont allow pets except for therapy or service dogs. If you got a certificate from the doctor that she is an emotional support dog, he would have to allow you to keep her. That is the same as a medical necessity. Under Fair Housing law, you can have an emotional support animal if a doctor certifies it for you including Section 8 tenants. I live in a Section 8 building and one of my neighbors did this.

Why does my neck hurt when i breathe?

is there a free program out there that i can rip my cd's to mp3 and directly put them on a Memory card for a phone? instead of ripping them on one program and them converting them on another.. i've heard that realplayer does this, i just wanted to make sure from you pro's out there before i move to the next step..

How do I remove adhesive on my skin left over from medical tape?

Due to an eye problem, I have to tape goggles to my face at night when I sleep. In the morning when I pull them off, some of the adhesive residue is left on my skin. I have tried alcohol and make-up remover, but it isn't doing the job. Since it is on my face, I don't want an irritant. I have checked with a couple of local pharmacies and they don't have anything. I have a long list of states labeled as abreviations (i.e TX, CO, ND, etc) in a spreadsheet. I would like to display how many I have of each state. For example, if the list has 4, TX, 2 CO, and 6 ND, I would like the totals on the bottom to say TX 4, CO 2 and ND 6. Thanks for your help!

Is clinique actually good? Do they work on profits or something?

My guess would be they do. I'm pretty sure all of them at the make-up/perfume counters make a base pay plus commission. Clinique products are great though. I have been using them for years and their make-up. There 3-step is excellent. They also have a foaming face wash that is awesome. I never, ever let myself run out of this stuff. Personally, I like the new dramatically different gel instead of the lotion. It has a lighter feel and it's great if you have combination skin. Also, always use the toner before the lotion as it really does prep your skin and helps it to retain more moisture. Man I sound like one of those Clinques sales woman...lol.

How does a child know you love them if you don't spend hours hand sewing their garments? Each day is like a constant warm hug when a child wears hand made clothing, how could anyone deprive their offspring of that? Me and some of my friends did different acts, my mate Dave dressed in a green jacket and had a sign saying "Repent" and every time there were trick or treaters ped he pointed at them and goes "repent now you sinners", it was hilarious (He said he was pretending to be a latter day saint), I dressed in a business suit and whenever a trick or treaters came down our path I ran towards them, screamed "Tax collector" and grabbed a handful of their candy in their bag (stealing, I know but me and my friends found it funny) and finally Rory hid behind bushes and every time trick or treaters crossed our path he screamed "I'm going to ******* kill you you *****", while clutching a fake knife and chasing them down the road with it! he even did this to the five year olds, sick but funny! I just started taking regular vitamins daily.. and their like the little kid gummy bear vitamins. But anyways, I feel like all of a sudden my hair is a lot longer and softer, does that have anything to do with the vitamins? I'm in my final year at university in England and for one of my cles the professor has three PhD students that accompany her every week. She has frequently left one or all of them to teach the two hour cl when she has not wanted to or been unable to come to the lecture. Are PhD students allowed to be teaching so many of these cles unsupervised when they are essentially not qualified to be university lecturers yet? If you're a 10 handicap golfer what does that mean and how is your handicap calculated?

A ten is pretty good. What you do to calculate handicaps is take your last twenty rounds, then throw out your highest ten scores (these are not a factor) then average your ten best scores and that will be your handicap, and it will not be a whole Number, it will be like a 10.1 or a 11.7, which will be averaged by the slope of the course you play, which means difficulty and that will vary a little on other courses you play if they are harder or easier. No more then a month ago, I started to see this girl whom I work with. She is a beautiful, strong, and intelligent P.R. girl who is amazing in so many ways. Our first date, which had to be under the radar given we worked together, took place at a local pizza joint during our lunch break. I took her out, we had a great conversation, the pizza was great, and when I went to pay the bill, my card was declined. At that point I thought it was game over for me, but she calmly paid for it while my pride disintegrated into oblivion.Later that day, I was petrified to talk to her, but I managed to anyways and after a few good laughs, she re-ured me that I had nothing to worry about. A few weeks went by, and during which she expressed her feelings for me and an emotional relationship began to develop since we had conflicting schedules. Yesterday, I decided to push my luck and during my own lunch break, I drove like a demon out of hell to her store, roughly 10 mins away from mine to see her for a brief 15 mins before I had to drive back. I left her with a hug and a kiss on her neck that I knew gave her erflies. Today, I visited her again while she was at work since I wasn't able to see her this morning due to a sick family at home. We talked and I gave her a rose from my personal garden as a gift to show her I want her to think of me. Before she left back to work, I was finally able to cut through the ual anticipation and kiss her, and what a bitter-sweet kiss it was. The reason for this is, it was great, and there is no doubt in my mind that there is pure chemistry between us. Midnight Snack and my teeth?

Now i've often wondered about this, like most pointless questions in life: before bed, i brush my teeth like a "normal" person then call it a night. My ex's family is threatening me, can they get in trouble?

my boyfriend and i broke up a few weeks ago, and tonight all of a sudden his older brother sent me a text message, a few actually, and told me to go 'neck myself' (his way of saying go kill yourself) and told me my ex and the whole family hope to see me dead in a hole and continued on to call me a slut, skank, etc. i called the police and am going in there with the messages tomorrow morning, but i just want to know, will he even get in any trouble for this? or will he get off scott free like he normally does with everything. i did nothing to antagonize him and did not start this, nor did i retaliate with threats as he did. also, his other brother called me a few nights ago and told me he was going to 'smash my house in'. i couldn't record the call, but my mother heard it and was concerned because its her house. can i do anything about that? or not because my mum is the only witness?
