You're bored and eating fills the boredom. Be careful so you don't gain weight. When you're busy doing things the last thing on your mind is eating, but when you're sitting at home with nothing to do you try and find things to do, so you eat. That's why when you're bored you go open the fridge and just look for a few seconds and close it. You're not hungry, you're just looking to fill that void. Get up and do something and try to stay busy and active. :)
