What's the reason behind the blatant intimidation & harment of blacks in America since it inception?

this bites the biscuit. blacks are the ones being intimidated? you do not LIVE in the real world. everyone suffers at the hands black intimidation. Black people are blind to what they do to others. most s, murders, muggings, anti social behaviour is committed by blacks.
