Man paying his wife's boyfriend to have permission to have with his wife?

My friend is deeply in love with his wife who is openly cheating on him. She has strictly rationed his and now it has developed so that she has delegated my friend's life to her lover. He calls the shots and tells the husband when he has "spermission" to have with his own wife. Recently he started asking the husband for $500 for each bout of . Now he does not even allow the husband to have but forces him to crawl on the floor begging for permission to marstrobate whilst watching his wife being ridden doggy style by her lover. At each one of these subsequent outrages to morality I have berated him and told him that no man pay's his wife's lover for and that he is a morally putrescent nincompoop. All to no avail. He has mortgaged his business premises to be able to pay to watch his wife being schlonged by this con artist. What can he do?
