Improve gym routine.... what am i doing wrong....?

I dont know if you have a medical condition or a doctor is telling you not to lift weights, but weight lifting increases metabolism and burns alot of calories especially after doing cardio. Find a solid beginner weight training program and try that. A really good, heavy leg work out can burn around 1500 calories. Not only that it is good for you and creates self confidence.
