What happens if Clinton wins the primary and Obama wins the Caucus in Texas? How are the delegates divided?

The primary delegates are divided by the rules of the primary, with some going to state senate districts, etc. That is 2/3rds of the delegates in Texas. In the caucus, it divides up the last 3rd by the proportion of the votes at the caucuses.
