I'm feeling a bit under the weather.?

I am having some cold sweats. Thus, I am thinking of having some chicken broth/soup. However, I'm a bit reluctant because I believe it is too fattening. Can anyone tell me about the calories, fat-intake and such with chicken soup? Also, if you have any other suggestions for what I should eat, I will greatly appreciate it?
