There's a guy in my therapy group who has agoraphobia. Until last monday, he hasn't stepped out of his house in a year. But he got the courage to come to therapy every day since. He's personally told me that it scared the crap out of him, but he's doing it. And if he can, so can you. Maybe you should sign up for a therapy group also. A lot of people will support you, instead of just a doctor or a therapist.
