How do I get media converter songs to stay on iTunes after I download them?

I convert my youtube videos to sound (mediaconverter.org) using .wav and they load onto iTunes and play once through, but don't stay on after that. The names are still there, but it can't locate the file. How do I keep them on iTunes? Are there any other websites that work better?
