What do you think? Im FREAKED!?

Ok on June 20th I had I was on Depo Provera and my partner has had a vasectomy for 4 years he also put on a condom midway through before he d. Ive always had "mental" issues when it comes to pregnancy that why I try and take every precaution. Ive been to therapy for it. My Doctor diagnosed me with General Anxiety Disorder almost a year ago and he has me taking Xanax once a day. Im not sure when to test because Depo has my periods all messed up Ive been bleeding for weeks and was bleeding during and now Ive stopped since switching to the "mini pill" last Tuesday except for some spotting. I took a pregnancy test on July 6th (16 days after ) and it was Negative. I took another test 20 days after and it too was Negative. I feel sick to my stomach and Im so worried :( What do you think?
