Whom do I contact regarding an access suspension?

My access (TS/SCI) was suspended in November 2007 following erroneous felony charges which were later dropped completely. I then took a different job that did not require access without telling my security rep. I was a civilian contractor at the time for the NSA and I have no idea who I need to talk to to get the access reinstated pending a new job that requires TS/SCI access.
