My one brother just came out of the closet, is it now my responsibility to carry on my family line?

My one brother just came out to me recently and I am the only other guy in my family, the only one who is heteroual anyway. My family name is rare and my fathers 2 brothers didn't have kids. I actually never planned on having kids but now I think i need to reconsider.
