I love them both ways, but every way I see on the Internet, are for soft and chewy. Why are the ones in the store hard and crunchy (in a good way) ..? I would love to make some at home that come out that way. Do big companies follow different recipes? Is it from additives and preservatives? If there is a recipe out there, please do tell!! I have MANY baking questions, is there anyone out there that can help me out? Thanks!
