25 weeks PREGNANT bf just told me he dont love me anymore n dumped me!!!!!!!?

my bf just broke up with me. he told me he didnt love me anymore im 25 weeks pregnant by him!!!! we are having a baby boy and i was going to make him a jr...since my heart is completely broken should i still name my son a jr after his dad??? what do i do now???? i feel so alone what can get my spirits uplifted
